#USvsHate provides a platform for countering bigotry and building safe and welcoming classrooms by amplifying student voices. Join teachers and students nationwide in creating public anti-hate messages that counter bias and injustice.
Teachers can use our lessons, one of the curated lessons from #USvsHate partner organizations, or can create their own activities to inspire students to create messages in any media.
How Do I Participate?

- Inspire students to create anti-hate messages
- Submit student messages to www.usvshate.org
How do I submit?
- Submit anonymously or obtain parent/guardian permission for students under 18 (required)
- Option 1: Upload a signed parent/guardian permission slip
- Option 2: Sign online using the DocuSign permission slip
- Option 3: Submit anonymously
- Submit up to 3 entries max per class you teach
- Do not submit an entry that contains any student’s full name or school name
- Submission should include the hashtag #USvsHate
